To enable popups for Internet Explorer web browser,
use one of these three ways:
1. On the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker.
2. Click Pop-up Blocker "Settings".
3. Add proceeduniversity.net to Address of Web site ot allow.
4. Click Add.
OR
2. Click on the Privacy tab, click on Settings.
3. Type proceeduniversity.net under Address of Web site.
4. Click on Add.
